Judi Dench is a well-known English actress, who began her career in 1957 debuting as a Shakespearian actor in Old Vic Company, which is a not-for-profit theater in London. She became one of the most important theater performers in the U.K. during the ‘60s and the ‘70s. She also had TV and movie appearances on As Time Goes By, A Room with a View, and her international fame came when Judy was cast as M in James Bond movies, starting with GoldenEye. Judy won an Oscar for Shakespeare in Love, has seven additional nominations, and for her charity work, she received British royal honors OBE, DBE, and CH.
