Claire Richards – Diet & Exercise
Many have wondered how Claire Richards had managed to lose all that weight since she looks stunning. She wrote about the whole experience in her book All of Me: My Story where she explained that she always had an emotional connection with food. But she vowed to lose weight and she dropped an impressive 80 pounds. She limited her calorie intake and she now eats about 1500 calories a day to stay slim. In February 2019, Richards was able to release her very first studio album called My Wildest Dreams.
