Soap opera star Lisa Riley lost a lot of weight and looks better than ever. In order to achieve her goal, she changed her diet of course and replaced things like white toast and coffee with sugar with porridge and oatcakes. She completely changed her lifestyle instead of opting for a quick solution focusing on health and fitness. Riley also cut out snacks and alcohol and she exercises every day. In 2019, Riley was seen reprising her role as Mandy Dingle in the latest season of the show called Emmerdale.
