Kelly Rowland – Diet & Exercise
Kelly Rowland always had such a nice physique ever since she rose to fame at the height of Destiny’s Child’s popularity. The only time she experienced weight gain was when she faced motherhood. Once her child was born, she knew it was time to get her old physique back.
She followed healthy eating habits every day and a workout specialist really whipped her into shape. In just about four months, she lost about 70 pounds! In May 2019, Rowland was able to release a new EP called The Kelly Rowland Edition.
