Debra DiGiovanni – Diet and Exercise

Stand-up comedian Debra DiGiovanni saw her friend, Darcy Michael, shed her pounds before her. It must have encouraged her somehow because it wasn’t long before DiGiovanni was motivated to challenge herself to get into exercise. She adopted a diet plan and implemented a daily fitness regime. As many comics do, DiGiovanni used to make fun of her own weight. But after losing 30 pounds thanks to her diligence, she won’t be the butt of her own jokes any longer! It was on doctor’s orders that she begins losing weight to decrease risks to her health.
