Kevin James – High-Intensity Exercise and Good Diet

Kevin James reached a staggering weight of just over 300 pounds before he decided to take action for the sake of his family and his health. In 2011, he went on to lose 40 pounds. Between 2011 and 2012, he dedicated himself to a high-intensity regimen, exercise scheduled three times a day, a high protein diet, green smoothies, and cardio. He did well and lost 85 pounds but started piling them back on by mid-2012. In 2018, he’s reported a loss of 20 pounds in March using Penn Jillette’s 2017 book titled Prestol and a goal totaling at a 50-pound loss!
