Johnny Clegg – Age 65
The 65-year-old South African musician and instrumentalist Jonathan Clegg is known for his great African music performing with the multiracial Juluka band. During their years together, their music hit the international level, and later, Clegg went solo after the group disbanded back in 1986. To date, his song Scatterlings of Africa has seen him feature on the UK Singles Chart multiple times. With the band, they had a song featured in Oscar-winning movie the Rain Man in 1988. Clegg’s most recent album is the King of Time which was released in 2017. In 2015, he was unfortunately diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which has taken a toll on him.
