Dawn Wells –Gilligan’s Island, born in 1983

Dawn Wells is best known from Gilligan’s Island where she portrayed Mary Ann Summers. She is now one of two last living members of that show’s cast. Before she became an actress, in 1959, Dawn was chosen as Miss Nevada and participated in Miss America pageant, in 1960. Her Hollywood debut came with a role on The Roaring 20s and The New Interns, while she quickly began appearing in various TV series such as Maverick, Bonanza, and others. She currently runs Wishing Wells Collections and makes clothes for people that have limited mobility. She is also the founder of Idaho Film and Television Institute.
