Aaron Spelling – $85 Million, California

The late legendary producer Aaron Spelling used to own the biggest house in Los Angeles County while he was still alive. This place looks more like a palace than a house though. With numerous sports facilities, pools, an orchard, and 56,500 square feet of space, we’re clearly not surprised by the fact that it was originally listed at $150 million when they first decided to sell it. It was obviously going to be purchased by someone who need not break the bank, and in 2011, British heiress Petra Stunt made it her own for $85 million.
