Billy Joel – $16.5  Million, Florida

Billy Joel loves making investments by buying expensive stuff, and that includes his homes as well. His Florida mansion is something else. Overlooking Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway, it features an amazing view, and modern amenities as well. With its private little dock, wine cellar, gardens, a pool, and a big garage, it makes us wonder why the famous musician wants to sell it. In 2018, he relisted it for $16.5 million, which is pretty low considering how beautiful this home is. Billy Joel performed at Webley Stadium in June of 2019, showing that he’s still as talented as ever.
