Julia Roberts has proved to be an excellent real estate investor, having purchased and sold numerous residences throughout her career. In 2010, she purchased an elegant apartment in Greenwich Village for $3.85 million. The pad offers almost 2,000 square feet of space, modern design with white, silver and black details, a contemporary kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a stunning view of New York. The Pretty Woman star eventually sold it in 2015 for $5.35 million. In March 2019, she splashed $7 million on an eco-friendly mansion in Malibu.
