If you think that Ryan Seacrest is just another TV host, think again. He’s been on numerous Forbes lists and he’s one of the richest people in showbiz. His Mediterranean-style mansion in Hollywood Hills proves that anyway. Seacrest purchased it in 2006 for $11.5 million. His then-newest housing addition included three guest houses, six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, beamed ceilings, a home cinema, a tennis court, and 9,100 square feet of living space. He ended up selling it in 2012 for $11 million. In 2018, Forbes included him in its list of 100 of the highest-paid celebrities. He was ranked 26th with $74 million in earnings the past year.
