Kanye West – $2.95 Million, Hollywood Hills

Kanye West is known to love all kinds of luxurious things, but he bought his Hollywood Hills property many years ago when he hadn’t even released his first album. West spent $1.75 million for it in 2003, and it seemed like a bargain back then. Measured at 4,214 square feet, Kanye’s home includes three bedrooms, a humongous fish tank, four bathrooms, a living room decorated with cartoon characters, a home cinema, and numerous balconies. He listed it in 2010 and eventually sold it in 2017 for $2.9 million. In 2018, Kanye bought a $14 million condo in Miami which he later gifted to his wife Kim Kardashian.
