Sandra Bullock – $2.925 Million, Sunset Strip

In 2018, actress and philanthropist Sandra Bullock’s Sunset Strip mansion was featured in the luxury real estate ads. The 3,153-square-foot ranch house literally sold itself and in two months it closed for $2.925 million. The Bird Box star had purchased the estate located in close proximity to the famous Chateau Marmont Hotel back in 2001 for $1.485 million. Since the purchase, she put up the three-bedroom, three-bathroom house as a rental space for $15K to $18.5K per month. The well-shaded single-story house also features a spiral staircase, glass doors leading to the garden, and a guitar-shaped swimming pool.
