Angie Stone – Diet

R&B artist Angie Stone had tried losing weight before when she joined Celebrity Fit Club but without success. It was only after a serious health scare that she truly decided and became determined to lose weight. She was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and that was the wake-up call she needed to get in shape. By changing her diet and learning what to eat, Angie lost 75 pounds. She is now healthy and fit. Stone’s most recent album is called Full Force which was actually just released in June 2019.
