But recently, the fashion model embarked on a weight loss journey as well and slimmed down. How? By hitting the gym regularly with her personal trainer and paying attention to what she eats. She eats a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and she drinks green juice on a daily basis. In 2019, Graham started hosting the show called American Beauty Star. Not only that, she even worked as the executive producer of the show too!
