Jordin Sparks – Diet & Exercise

When singer Jordin Sparks decided it was time to lose weight, she made her health her priority. She refused to resort to rigid diets and simply cut out the obviously bad choices such as sugary drinks and snacks. She also incorporated a strict portion control so that she can eat whatever she wants but in smaller amounts. With a combination of healthy diet and training, she was able to shed 50 pounds. Sparks became a mother back in 2018 and she was given her very own special titled Jordin Sparks: A Baby Story.
