Paula Deen – Diet

When you’re a celebrity chef and your earnings depend on cooking all sorts of delicious fatty treats, it can be quite hard to maintain a balanced diet. It was probably hard for chef Paula Dean to do that, too. But she had a wake-up call when she was diagnosed with diabetes so she stopped using white flour, white pasta, rice, etc. The result is that she lost 35 pounds in four months! Now that she is slim, she tries to focus on moderation, she says. Deen was able to guest on an episode of Fox and Friends in 2019.
