Garth Brooks used to be fit back then but as the years passed, he just lost track of the calories he was taking every day. When he ballooned into a very big guy, he knew that he could not stay that way forever. He decided to include more veggies and fruits in his daily meals. He also did some cardio workout to burn all his stubborn fats. These days, he looks like he’s been able to get his weight under control. In 2019, Brooks will be releasing a brand new album titled Fun.
