Look Who’s Talking star Kirstie Alley revealed in an interview that she was thin her whole life and then suddenly, she gained 40-50 pounds. Then in 2014, she managed to drop 50 pounds and changed her lifestyle completely. She stays active but she doesn’t like hitting the gym so she prefers dancing, doing yoga or running. Kirstie also revealed that her problem is not losing the weight but keeping the weight off for a long time.
