Mila Kunis – Dieting & Dancing
For her role as a ballerina on Black Swan, Mila Kunis had to lose some pounds, despite being already slim. She managed to reach the desired goal by practicing her ballet moves for hours every day. She also had to undergo a very strict meal plan composed mainly of protein, with only carbs like quinoa and brown rice being welcomed into her meals. Even now, after giving birth twice, Mila continues to look great! She gave the speech honoring Seth McFarlane, who was awarded a star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame, in April 2019.
