Aussie singer Ricki-Lee had decided to change how she felt about herself almost nine years ago. And after losing more than 50 pounds, she hasn’t gotten them back. What’s her secret? A complete change towards a healthy lifestyle, which allowed her to keep up with her dietary changes, including more vegetables, and less red meat. Ricki has also explained that, despite exercising throughout the week and keeping to her meal plan, she allows herself to have one cheat meal during the week. It makes her think of it as her prize after being so strict. Ricki-Lee will be going on the Ricki-Lee: Live in Concert tour all throughout Australia in 2019.
