Meghan Trainor – Exercising & Dieting
Meghan Trainor had found love and this actually helped her decide that it was time to lead a healthier lifestyle. Her then-fiancé – and now husband – encouraged her to get out of the depression that was consuming her life after having a vocal cord surgery. He proposed that Trainor started exercising with her and this started to change her mood as well as her physique. Meghan also learned how to cook recipes that tasted good without being harmful to her. With those two things, Meghan started to look better than ever after losing 20 pounds! She performed Diana Ross’ You Can’t Hurry Love in the Motown 60: A GRAMMY Celebration in April 2019.
