Michael Moore – Walking
The controversial documentary director went for a walk and, unwittingly, started a movement! You read that right! He decided to go for a walk one day and tweeted about it and many people, in different parts of the world, joined him. He continued to do so and slowly but surely, he had the companionship of thousands of people every night. He managed to lose many pounds although he explained that this was not his main goal. Walking is the type of exercise that costs nothing and has little chance of injury. Michael made an appearance at the Lincoln Center Film Society’s 50th anniversary in April 2019.
