Jimmy Kimmel – 5:2 Intermittent Fasting

Jimmy Kimmel is a comedian full of wit who also packed on weight. His struggle came to an end with a series of choices. Kimmel drank two protein shakes and a small dinner for eight weeks before moving to a 2000-calorie per day eating plan, then ultimately maintaining his weight loss using the 5:2 intermittent fasting method. The latter of his methods involves eating well for five days of the week and then eating under 500 calories for the other two days. It is a severe limit in calorie intake but it has been working for him! The proof is in the pudding—or no pudding, in this case!
