Rick Ross – Avoiding Sodas, Healthy Eating, & Exercise

Rick Ross once tipped the scales at a staggering 350 pounds! Kicking his habit of downing soda all day was his first step towards eventually losing 100 pounds in 2014. Ross was smart about his decisions in the life changes he was making in order to live a healthy lifestyle. What Ross did was that he made certain he allowed himself a couple of indulgences in moderation because he knew that jumping in the deep end wasn’t going to do him any good as he would simply give up sooner. Ross’ new album titled Port Of Miami 2: Born To Kill is set to be released in 2018.
