Jill Scott – Biking & Boxing Cardio

Performer Jill Scott had a tough time shedding the 200-pound weight gain after her pregnancy. She desperately wanted to get rid of all the extra fat, but that meant finding the right method—one that she would stick to diligently! Scott decided that the only thing that would keep her going is something that she was going to enjoy because having fun while exercising was important to her. She then chose biking and boxing. She lost 63 pounds and was very happy with how far she had come, but she already appreciates her womanly curves, too! Between June to July 2018, Scott went on tour in support of Woman of 2015.
