Seth Rogen – Diet Plan & Personal Trainer

Seth Rogen has used his obesity as the butt of his jokes for a while, but the comedian may have been getting laughs only at the expense of his health! However, it was when he was eventually cast in the lead role in the 2011 action comedy Green Hornet that it was required for him to lose the extra pounds. He followed and maintained a strict meal plan, employed a personal trainer, and engaged in hard-core workouts. He dropped 30 pounds and was darn fit for the role! Unfortunately, it would have been better if the film had been more of a success to justify all his hard work!
