Amber Riley – Diet & Exercise
A lot of people mostly know actress Amber Riley for starring in Glee. When she told herself that it was time to start taking care of weight, she decided to ask a doctor for advice. She was told to shed some pounds the natural way by just eating right and exercising.
It was not easy at first but she had her eye on the price. She reportedly went two sizes down already and she is still pursuing her weight loss journey. Amber’s most recent acting role was in the movie called Nobody’s Fool back in 2018.
