“Little House on the Prairie” actress, Melissa Gilbert’s son, Young Boxleitner is all grown up now, and he is celebrating his birthday with a philanthropic gesture. One of Bruce Boxleitner’s sons, Michael has chosen to celebrate his birthday with fundraising for depressed and suicidal individuals. The young adult, now 24, in a Facebook post announced his decision to celebrate his birth, by requesting the public to make donations to National Suicide Prevention Lifelife. While giving his reason for the kind gesture, Michael explained that he chose the unprofitable decision because the goal of the NSPL means a lot to him and he looks forward to people’s donation as a way to celebrate with him. The Illinois-born, some years ago was featured in a series, “Animals Out of Paper,” which points out the struggles of life that affect the play’s main characters, Suresh, Ilana, and Andy.
