Showbiz wouldn’t be the same without the stars that shined during the past century. They shaped the way we view acting, singing, and many more, and though we miss some of them a lot, there are others who are still alive! Some used their loaded bank account to take care of their well-being and look flashy even if decades have passed since their success. Max Baer, Jr. – 81

Max Baer Jr. was active in Hollywood from 1960 until 1991 and is best known for his role of Jethro Bodine on The Beverly Hillbillies. He is the show’s last surviving cast member now, as he was close friends with Donna Douglas and Buddy Ebsen, until their deaths. Max was also on Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Maverick, Cheyenne, 77 Sunset Strip, and he is the writer, producer, and director of The Wild McCullochs, in which he also had a role. Besides his work in entertainment, Baer also invested money in a gambling business, sometime during the ‘80s. In 2005, he appeared as himself on Biography.
