Bern Nadette Stanis – Age 64

If you watched CBS’ sitcom Good Times, then you would remember Bern Nadette Stanis, who portrayed Thelma Anne Evans-Anderson. She stayed in the show’s cast until 1979, but she later started landing fewer and fewer roles. Gradually, she decided to slow down on acting and try her luck as an author, now having released four books. Amongst them, there are Situations 101: Relationships and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. She still makes some guest appearances on TV series or talk shows, but other than that, she’s probably on her way to retirement planning.
