Marina Sirtis – Star Trek: The Next Generation, Born in 1955

Counselor Deana Troi, the half-human and half-Betazoid is a Star Trek: The Next Generation character that actress Marina Sirtis portrayed. Sirtis went on and reprised the role in other Star Trek media franchise. Sirtis has guest-starred in other TV shows since, including Make It or Break It, Doctor Who, and Grey’s Anatomy. At 63, Sirtis isn’t about to slow down and most recently, she appeared in the 2017 movie, The Assasin’s Apprentice and the 2018 film, 5th Passenger. When she isn’t busy filming for the next big blockbuster, Sirtis lends her activism efforts to speak for animal rights.
