Patrick Dempsey – Malibu – $14.5 Million
Patrick Dempsey’s $14.5-million investment secured him a luxurious mansion with four baths and four bedrooms on a 5-acre Malibu land. The original price of the property was $7 million. Dempsey made it look more “home-like,” which of course happened with more money. Just like his character on Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick has an Airstream trailer stationed right in the middle of his garden. The garden is a treasure in itself with lots of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Patrick, who left the show a couple of years ago, might be appearing in the upcoming movie Disenchanted.
