Pia Zadora – $16 Million, Pacific Palisades

Pia Zadora’s acting and singing career has been pretty remarkable, just as the mansion she used to own in Pacific Palisades. The celebrity sold it back in 2011 for $5 million, even if she asked $10 million for it. However, the new owners later renovated and remodeled it, and listed it for $16 million. We don’t know if anybody has purchased it yet, but with a huge infinity pool, a home theater, and with gardens all around it, the house comes with some big house insurance expenses that’s for sure.
