For many decades, Joanne Woodward has owned a property in Connecticut. It consists of two lots that combine into 10.46 acres with two separate houses located within the estate. She decided to let go of them, some years after her husband, Paul Newman, passed away.

The bigger house, the one where she used to live in, has a 6,442-square-foot interior and was up for sale with an asking price of $7.499 million. The house features a patio and a porch. The property also offers a 200-year-old barn and 355 feet of riverfront.
