Robert Downey, Jr. – $11.9 Million, East Hamptons

Ever since making his acting comeback with his starring role in Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr. has managed to become a Hollywood essential and his salary is quite fabulous. In 2017, he purchased the iconic Windmill Cottage in East Hamptons for $11.5 million. The house was never actually used as a windmill, but it sports an unparalleled vintage design both on the inside and on the outside. It features seven bedrooms, a guest house, six full bathrooms, and five half ones, a personal studio, a tennis court, and 8,500 square feet of living space. Downey is set to add another huge Marvel film in his portfolio with the upcoming Avengers: Endgame.
