Robert Redford –  $7 Million, St. Helena

The retired American actor-cum-businessman listed his gated estate in St. Helena for sale in October of 2014, citing his need to move closer to his family. He listed it with a $7.5-million asking price. Redford’s residence had two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a kidney-shaped pool, and a covered walkway in the yard. The country estate was finally sold to Sorelle Assets Ltd. for $7 million in December 2018. Redford brought his retirement to light after completing 2018’s The Old Man & the Gun, which received a Golden Globe nomination. Robert Redford, also the founder of the Sundance Film Festival, is estimated to be worth $170 million.
