Giada De Laurentiis – Estimated $3.2 Million, California

Giada De Laurentiis has been making a number of real estate investments lately, but this mansion actually belongs to her ex-husband Todd Thompson. Thompson stayed in the house for over 14 years. And when the two of them tied the knot in 2003, De Laurentiis moved in. Their home needed some renovations, so they completely changed its interior design—starting from the kitchen. There’s also a master bedroom, an office, a living room, and a roof garden. The house is measured at 1,600 square feet. The couple split in 2015 and the house remained in the hands of Thompson. De Laurentiis released her latest cookbook in 2018 titled Giada’s Italy: My Recipes for La Dolce Vita.
