Lucy Hale – $1.7 Million, Los Angeles

You might recognize Lucy Hale from her role in Pretty Little Liars, and she’s currently one of the rising stars in the acting industry. In 2014, Hale purchased her first lavish estate, a mansion in Studio City, Los Angeles, for $1.7 million. The house includes four bedrooms with a master suite, a pool, 3.5 bathrooms, glass doors, and canyon views. Unfortunately, it was burglarized in 2015 and Hale thought about moving to a new residence. Thus, in 2019, she spent $2.5 million on a new Spanish-style home, again in Studio City!
