Jake Gyllenhaal – $8.63 Million, New York

The nominee for the Best Actor in a Motion Picture Award (Golden Globe), Jake Gyllenhaal, spent a whopping $8.63 million on a modern and magnificent 3-bedroom apartment in Tribeca. The Brokeback Mountain Star’s apartment features 3.5 bathrooms and best of all, it’s paparazzi–proof – meaning that he doesn’t have to worry about the intrusive glare of camera flashes. He purchased the 5,000 -square-foot condo in 2017, and while its asking price was $8.55 million, it was not clear why he paid more for it. Gyllenhaal is estimated to be worth $65 million, and he’s set to appear on Spider-Man: Far From Home scheduled for released in 2019.
