Chris Rock, an American stand-up comedian, screenwriter, and producer, currently resides in Alpine, New Jersey. He has risen up the ranks, making him one of the greatest stand-up acts in the business. After reportedly renting out his historic Brooklyn Carriage house for approximately $15K monthly for some time, he finally listed the place for $3.85 million but it sold for $3.35 million. He purchased the home as a young comic in the 1990s during the time that he came into prominences as an SNL cast member. The 3-bedroom house has maintained several of its original details, and despite being built in 1901 it doesn’t require any restoration work.
