Kelsey Grammer – $18 Million, California

Kelsey Grammer is the recipient of an Outstanding Performer Daytime Emmy Award for his voice-over work in the Guillermo del Torro animated series, Trollhunters. The American actor and producer, best known for his penchant for a luxurious lifestyle, doesn’t shy away from buying exquisite vehicles and making multiple real estate investments. Amongst his acquisitions was the Manhattan mansion that he listed for $8.95 million later, selling it below the asking price. The 63-year-old Frasier and Cheers actor apparently listed as well his cozy 10,567-square-foot California mansion for $18 million while its original price back in 2007 was $13 million.
