She listed the 3,765-square-foot deluxe house in 2010 for $4.095 million while she had purchased it at $2.8 million in 1998. Ryder’s career is moving upwards judging from her recent role on Stranger Things on Netflix where she delivered nothing short of a spectacular performance. The award-winning actress has multiple talents and she’s also passionate about converting old-fashioned homes into modern spaces without getting rid of their classic charm.
