Chris Pine –  $3 Million, Los Feliz

You could say that Chris Pine started out in Hollywood a bit late, in 2003, but he quickly made a name for himself with roles on The Princess Diaries 2 and the Star Trek reboot series of films. The 38-year-old actor also has a famous father, actor Robert Pine, and his dad most recently appeared in the 2018 movie, Song of Back and Neck. When he’s not busy filming, Chris calls Jason Lee’s former 6,000-square-foot Los Feliz mansion home. He also gets to be neighbors with the likes of Vanessa Hudgens, Angelina Jolie, Zac Efron, and Kiefer Sutherland, among other stars who also live in the Los Feliz area.
