All indications were a celebrity was behind the purchase and it soon came out that Christian Bale and his wife, a former makeup artist, Sibi had purchased the house. The British-born A-lister must have chosen the 36-acre estate because of the privacy provided by a tall thicket of hedges and the double-gated driveway. The 6-bedroom mansion also has seven and a half bathrooms, a library, a fireplace in the master suite, an outdoor kitchen, and a pool in the yard.
