Doris Day’s Son  – Terry Melcher

Record producer and musician Terry Melcher was actress and singer Doris Day’s only child. Melcher’s father was Al Jorden, Doris’ first spouse, but Martin Melcher, husband number three, had adopted him. Terry helped to define the movements for folk-rock and California Sound during the ’60s. Sadly, after a prolonged illness, he passed away at home. He was 62 when he succumbed to melanoma and left behind his spouse, Terese, Ryan his son, and mom Doris. Doris passed away on May 13, 2019, due to pneumonia. She was 97 years old.
