Christopher Reeve’s Daughter – Alexandra Reeve Givens

Christopher Reeve was a very well-known actor in Hollywood and is probably best known for his role as Superman. Sadly, the star was involved in a horrific horse riding accident in 1995 and became paralyzed. Following the accident, he had to be in a wheelchair and use a ventilator for the rest of his life. 9 years later he suffered a cardiac arrest and died in 2004 at age 52.

He left behind his daughter Alexandra Reeve Givens, who is now 35. Two years after her father’s death, her mother tragically died too. Luckily, Alexandra stayed on the straight and narrow after her parents both passed away and she went to Yale University and graduated with a degree. She met her husband whilst studying at Yale and the couple named their first son after Alexandra’s father in 2015.
