Michelle Pfeiffer – The Fabulous Baker Boys, born in 1958

She has starred in a Batman movie, a musical, and was hailed as PEOPLE’s first World’s Most Beautiful Woman in 1990. She may have made poor choices when she was younger as she would smoke, use bar soap on her face, and basically made no effort beauty-wise.

But now, she embraces a vegan diet not just for vanity but also for longevity. Still, she refuses to have plastic surgery done because she does not want to look like a wax figure. Pfeiffer has recently starred in  Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and will appear in French Exit and the next Ant-Man movie.
