Having been diagnosed with basal skin carcinoma at age 21, Diane Keaton cannot step out of the house without wearing sunscreen and a hat. The sun’s harsh rays can really do you harm in more ways than one. Just like some of the stars on this list, she would rather age naturally.

Her reason? Her hands might not match her face and the hands tell the real age of a woman. To fight the outward signs of aging, she simply exercises. She has expressed in an interview about her love for her treadmill.

Kelly Le Brock – Weird Science, born in 1960

Steven Seagal’s ex-wife once starved herself to lose 31 pounds for the Celebrity Fit Club. Along with it, she pushed herself to exercise twice a day. Now, the 58-year-old mom of four acknowledges the fact that she’ll never get her size two figure back but she’s okay with being curvier.

While she uses Botox and other fillers to look young, she says she would never stop eating as that would make her unhappy. After years of no projects, it is confirmed that LeBrock will be appearing in a new movie called Charlie Boy.
